Another training for mentors had been organized within the project Establishment and Promotion of Mentoring Services for SMEs in Western Balcan countries – Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro which is implemented by RDA Zlatibor in cooperation with National Agency for Regional Development and Japan International Cooperation Agency.

Training in September was monitored by consultants from Japan. Serbian mentors and their Japanese colleagues had visited three start-up companies, this year`s participants in mentoring programme. Workshops were held in hostel Uzicka Republika, the first hostel in territory of Uzice, than in caffe The Dubliner and in company Fe plast. Helpful advice on the business and the experience of Japanese consultants will contribute to improving knowledge and skills of our mentors and certainly will mean a lot to young entrepreneurs to see the big picture of their business.
