Project Title: ReForce – Strengthening the role of civil society organizations in  community development and public administration reform

General objective: Supporting the cooperation between civil society organizations and public administration in order to create systematic, sustainable and efficient partnership in policy creating and decision making process at local level.

Specific objectives:
1.    To develop institutionalized and effective dialogue for strengthening the role of civil society organizations in the process of local community development.
2.    To improve the procedures of funds allocations to civil society organizations in accordance with the needs and strategic priorities of local communities.
3.    To reinforce the role of civil society organization in improving the public administration transparency and responsibility in efficient managing of the local funds provided for civil society
