Overall objectives:
• Strengthening of entrepreneurship among young population
• Development of core competencies in tourism; basic and specialized knowledge and skills trainings
• Creating of Open Education Centre in Tourism as a Youth work education program with three main goals: a) career counseling, b) information sharing and spreading – youth contact point (e.g. dissemination of information about EU programs), c) open Moodle platform for educational programs in business and tourism aspects.
Specific objectives:
• Analysing and implementing best EU practise
• Developing of cross matching standards
• Building capacities to engage entrepreneurs in tourism
• Enhancing feasibility of the project by establishment of learning platform for continuing usage for improvement and learning
• Strengthening cooperation on national level by connecting decision makers and stakeholders with young people in workshops and debates on engagement of young people and employment of foreign labour force
• Internationalization throughout cooperation with partners as well as connection throughout open education system
• Increasing and developing experience through contact with young people from EU
